Staff was amazing. Locations is perfect. Breakfast was awesome with so many options daily. The only thing was our walk in shower door would not stay shut it kept on sliding open and caused lots of water to flow toward the bathroom door other than that looking forward to staying there again. Rooms are super small but it is NY.

We arrived in the middle of a snow storm, we were greeted as we walked in the lobby with hot chocolate and chicken soup, our room was ready early and the front desk staff was super friendly.
