Really excellent location, just a few minutes walking to the Jamaica Station to catch either the LIRR or Subway. Super friendly staff and very convenient check-in. The property is clean and modern. The room was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep.

I did not expect it upon arrival, but everything was great! Room. Clean, no weird odors! Very close to air train to airport, as well as all train stations. Neighborhood safe. Doesn't look it at first glance , but very safe people walking around all hours of night minding their business!

I just needed one night close to the airport that wouldn’t break the bank. $25 uber ride to get there. Room was absolutely fine, check in was easy, lady at the desk was very nice. It’s not fancy and the hallway smelled like pot. I wouldn’t walk around the area at night but for my needs, it was absolutely fine! Also had fridge and microwave in the room. That was very helpful

The room was clean the bathroom was clean which are the basics I look for. The customer service was excellent. The elevator was down and Merv was kind enough to carry my luggage up those flights of stairs both ways. It’s rare that you find good customer service in hotels but it was great and the overall experience was great. I would stay here again and it’s close to the subway/train station
