Beautiful hotel, although there's not an actual quiet area if you are working during your stay. The rooms were well appointed but very small, but that's normal for NYC. Very friendly staff!

Fleur nightclub creates some noise at night. Most staff were wonderful. One of the housekeepers threw away some personal items, which was not great. Location in the plant/flower district is very nice.

It was a relatively clean, nice view hotel rooms. Entrance was looking very stylish and checkin was super easy. Rooms were conveniently designed but shower and toilet doors was really hard to open, it stuck most of the time.
