Great location, clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast. The service was top notch, especially Luis in the breakfast service staff. The elevator being in repair was a big inconvenience but they gave us a low floor which helped access our room readily. Would definitely book again for the right price.

We had no issues with our stay at the Hyatt. No noise, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. The guy at the front desk was a joy each morning greeting everyone with enthusiasm. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing. They are renovating the hotel. From the first email about the fact that one elevator was being redone, letting us know, the staff were great in communications with us from start to finish. Very friendly, they have a staff member operating the elevator during the day to help everyone get to their floors. Well done by management to be on top of things. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was really good as well. We recommend staying there.

It's a convenient location near the subway station and within walking distance of many attractions! The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I slept very well. I didn't expect that the complimentary breakfast was of quite high quality for the price I paid. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Manhattan.

Good and clean hotel at a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helped us figure out parking for our oversized vehicle. Their terrace space is very nice and comfortable with couches to sit and even some games; the view from the terrace is beautiful as well.

I stayed 5 days, 4 nights this past week. Excellent daily breakfast options, rooms available with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for a family 4 or 5. Lots of tea options and filtered water in the lobby. Nice seating area. Beds are clean and comfy. ATTENTION Parents, seniors, or people with disabilities!!! *** Only 1 working elevator and it broke down on day 5. Keep that in mind if you have young children, strollers or a disability! You won't want to be anywhere above floor 2***
