Virginia and Natalie at the front desk were exceptionally professional and courteous. The housecleaning staff did an excellent job. A couple of the ladies greeting us for breakfast answered our "how are you?" with a grim "what is your room number? My wife hurt her foot one day, and I was stopped in a very rude way when I attempted to take a bowl of fruit out of the breakfast area, to bring it up to our room, even after explaining the reason to a female manager who was called over. The breakfast itself was delicious and the area was kept very clean and inviting. And lastly I need to comment on the
shower inside the rooms: there is a lack of
privacy, as you can see through a big gap in the
doorway when a person is using the facilities.
Also, the glass of the shower, bordering the
bedroom, is not clear, but you can easily see any
movement behind it, which is very uncomfortable.
