Spotless room the night check in guy was super nice and friendly. AM checkout guy was not nice or friendly. Because their breakfast does not start until 7 a.m., I couldn’t have a full breakfast but the girl working downstairs, where their breakfast is served, went above and beyond and got me a croissant and a muffin. I thought that was awesome. Especially after dealing with the a.m. guy.

The guy that checked me in at the front desk was helpful. At 11 pm, I realizrd there was zero toilet paper in the bathroom. I called the front desk, asking that they bring some up. Not an unreasonable request. I was told that I'd have to come down and get it myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the room STUNK like nasty cigarettes.

1. I arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk couldn’t bothered. She just kept saying “check in at 3.” 2. When I did eventually check him a very nice young man greeted me. He was extremely professional and kind. 3. The room was ok. There was red/pink nail polish stains all over the floor. 4. When I went to take a shower there were little hairs all over the shower wall like someone rinsed their razor and tapped the wall to clean it.

The breakfast was missing all kinds of items and we were told that they would only be getting a delivery later in the week There should be a solid breakfast available if we paid for it
