Ideal location in midtown close to all the sights and eats with easy access to public transportation. Rooms are tight but sufficient with the basic necessities for a quick NYC visit. Only two elevators which created long wait times for lower floors; ok if you can do stairs but can definitely be annoying and stressful if on a time crunch.

Good simple hotel on a budget. Only complaint was a housekeeper stole my charger and found out she’s an on call employee so more chances of things being stolen. Besides that hotel staff was helpful.

Staff very helpful and responsive. Rooms were ok, in need of a update/renovation. Beds are on the softer side. For New York, the room was sufficient size and bigger than other hotels I have stayed at. The continental breakfast was pitched as a $18pp and included in our rate. Toast, yogurt, and some oatmeal is all you should expect (pressure to tip 18%-20% seemed excessive for what the spread is).

It was easy to check in and out. Front desk staff were kind and friendly. Rooms were really clean and bathrooms have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and liquid hand soap. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds and it was kind of a tight squeeze but it worked for our two day stay! Air conditioner worked well. No complaints really. would stay here again.

The hotel was located in the Chelsea area, so we were close to so many attractions including the subway. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
