I've stayed in many hotels in New York City and in Brooklyn, but this was one of my favorites. The location was convenient, the property was well-maintained, the cost was competitive, and the staff was excellent. I'll be staying here again next time I travel to New York.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would. I stayed at several hotels in New York City and this one just takes the cake. It might not be the most expensive or luxurious hotel you’ll stay at but it was absolutely perfect. From the minute I checked in into the moment I checked out the front desk staff were beyond helpful and extremely kind. They truly made our experience exceptional. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Will definitely be rebooking this hotel next time we come in to the city. 25/5 stars. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I frequent New York City often (lived in the city for years and still come regularly for both business and leisure) and I am very pleased with this hotel. It was well kept and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Great location for exploring financial district. Two short blocks from subway and battery park very nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room a little larger than other locations and bed comfortable. No mini fridge however. Breakfast marginal… only sausage and a strange fried egg for protein. Would stay there again if wanted to be away from midtown.

The rooms are a good size—small but not crowded. They offer a free continental breakfast in a cozy dining room, where the food is tasty and warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are also many places to eat nearby, ranging from budget eateries to fine restaurants. The area is highly convenient, safe to walk in during the evening, and public transport is just steps away!

I would gladly give this hotel a 5-star rating. It is an excellent budget-friendly option for travelers and offers great value for money. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the major attractions and nearby subway stations, making it very convenient to get around the city. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to suit different preferences. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jonathan. When we arrived to check in, the hotel's system was temporarily down, but Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in smoothly and comfortably despite the technical issue. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a great first impression. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located place to stay with excellent customer service.

The breakfast was excellent. The property was very clean, the shower was a very good size and excellent. The room was a better size than many hotels in the manhattan area. Very comfortable! The area around the hotel is the financial district. So it is very safe. It is also 2 blocks from the ferry station in battery park.
