this is a walkup building: you will have to be able to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, as it is standard in NYC pre-war buildings.
In the winter, this space is heated by radiator heat that is controlled by the building. You will not be able to control the radiator settings.
In the summer, window AC units are installed.
