The staff were awesome and willing to help with whatever we needed (great service). The rooms were clean and perfect for what we were looking for. This property is in an excellent location and within walking distance of all attractions. Lots of dining options as well. I would recommend this property.

Hotel was centrally located, walking distance to subway, walked to nice restaurants, felt safe. Loved the coffee shop on the same block. Excellent views of city and Empire State Building from our room. Rooms was small but slept great, comfortable bed. Hotel could use some upgrades but over all good stay due to location and views. Front staff was polite and friendly.

This hotel is very convenient if you are in town for an event at Madison Square Garden. It’s in a safe, clean neighborhood & the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. 👍👍 for a New York City stay!

Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t working, the tv would cut out and lose signal. There was only two elevators and you had to wait super long and then when one would finally come it was full, so the stairs would have to be taken. The staff was great! And it was a good location.

We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and it was great - roomy and with a balcony that had amazing views. The bathroom was comfortable and had nice toiletries. Staff were very pleasant and we had no problems with the elevators. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that the breakfast was expensive but nothing special and each paper cup (in the room) had an individual plastic cover which seemed unnecessary and not environmentally great. Minor things though and overall it was a stylish, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in a convenient and safe location.

Great area right near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. 4 minute walk to my concert and it was so easy. Rooms were clean and the view of the Empire State is superb. Before you leave don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar. It’s free to enter and you can get an amazing selfie with the Empire State in the background up there.
