The room was very clean and nice. The staff is nice. The location is terrific. This is not a hang out in the lobby hotel, but a decent place to stay sleep while you spend a couple days in NYC kind of place.

Staff was great and room was clean! Great location and walkable to many places. The only complaint if any was the small elevators. Some people waited a awaits to get down but it’s a hotel and if that’s the only complaint then highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very small and older, but gets the job done to have a decent priced room near midtown/Times Square. Walking distance of Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Times Square, plenty of food, and more.

The location was perfect! Not too close to time square but close enough and walking distance to everything. Plus, if you learn the train system you can go anywhere in New York. Our room was small but our views were fantastic!

The entire staff treated us like gold extra kudos to Samantha at the desk and Debbie the room cleaner and the nighttime manager was awesome Big tall guy took care of our ever knee every need always works with Samantha to be quite honest we retreated like royalty My wife was handicapped she got injured on the cruise and they took such good care of us it was better The best hotel experience we have had ever thank you
