This is our second time stauing at the hotel Great great service. Our stay was amazing and pleasant the day we check in they facilitate our room super quick the costumer was incredible super friendly our room was super clean ..Definitely we will stay there again

Perfect for a central spot to stay in the city. Only suggestion: coffee area was set up very inefficiently in the corner of the communal work/breakast area. 6 people would be in the entire room, and 4 would somehow always be in line. Time to upgrade your coffee machine to meet the requirements of an entire hotel, and plllleeaase centralize it in the room :)

Not bad. It's nothing fancy, and the perks are minimal--there's no breakfast available, and the 27th floor lounge you might have read about in other reviews has, post-COVID, become mostly a coffee station. But that's okay; if you're here to see the city, whether for work or for leisure, you'll be staying quite literally right across the street from Grand Central Station, with easy access to pretty much anything midtown as well as a quick sprint to a major subway hub. My room was on the second floor, and was surprisingly quiet. It had a good bed, a clean bathroom (with a shower that had hot water almost *instantly*!), a chair to lounge in, and even a bit of space in which to walk around, which doesn't always happen in a NYC hotel room. It also had temperature controls that worked, so you're not at the mercy of the general hotel temperature. Again, it's not luxurious, but if you're there to enjoy the city and NOT your hotel, it's a great place to land before you set out, and crash in a comfortable bed each night. No complaints.

Club Quarters Grand Central exceeded our expectations. The room was bigger than expected with a nice size bathroom. Very clean. It was about a 5 min walk from Grand Central Terminal and about 15 min to Times Square. The staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the terrace on the 27th floor. On the same floor was complimentary coffee/tea with a terrific seating area to relax. Would return in a heartbeat.

The people that ran the front desk were AMAZING! They treated us like we were residents. They answered all of our questions, went out of their way to help us, and even saved our raincoat that we left a whole week so we could get it when we returned from our cruise. My mom and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and the TV wasn’t working. They finally fixed it by the last night of our stay. Never had an issue like this at any other Club Quarters and I have stayed many nights with CQ over the last 10 years.
