"Left behind a bag of clothes and realized it when I got home and was putting everything away out of my luggage. Called the hotel and they said they didn’t find anything. Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Obviously they kept it. Whoever cleaned my room after I departed took it and nothing was done about it. Not honest people!"

"We let the staff at the front desk know that the water didn’t get hot in our shower. No one attempted to check it. They asked us if we had turned it the right direction. I asked if I turned it left she said yes I told them it just keeps spinning. They had nothing else to say for me. My daughter had requested an extra blanket was promised one and never received one and when we first got into the hotel room, it smelled like mildew. The only good thing about this experience was the view away from the hotel looking out was beautiful. However, the staff did not seem to care and the place was ran down. I normally never leave a bad review, but this one definitely took the cake and especially them charging me almost $300 during spring break for that room that shouldn’t even even been 50 bucks"

"The room def smelled clean. But the condition of the furniture and bathroom was not idea. The bathroom had rust everywhere and the dresser was broken. For price it was fine. "
