Come relax in newly renovated fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with generous floor space facing the swimming pool. This piece of heaven incorporates superb features such as private entry, cathedral ceiling and no upstairs neighbors which makes it very quiet, bright and cool in the same time. Entirely suitable to a family of 4 featuring a King bed in the master bedroom and a very comfortable Queen memory foam sleeper-sofa in the living room.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable.

Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils as well as MW, cafe maker and toaster.

In unit laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided .

Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart.
