Very spacious apartment. Perfect for a girls weekend. Plenty of room to spread your stuff to get ready. Nice location. Within walking distance to most popular attractions. I gave comfort 4 stars because the apartment has very minimal supplies.

Price and location were perfect.

I was nervous reading others reviews but this place turned out to be more than enough for my quick stay. I wish there were more towels but aside from that everything was fine. We didn’t spend much time in the room and were there to explore the city. Which the location was perfect for all of our needs. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to New Orleans.

The gate near the back was broken so folks could easily come onto the property other than that I loved It. The apartment was the cutest! I will definitely rent again.

The bed was the worst I have slept in for a long time. If comfort is important to you, I would not stay at Sonder. I ended up staying elsewhere the second night so I could sleep.

Sonder never fails for me! The property was absolutely perfect and the location was prime. My minor feedback would be that a tall mirror for the bedroom would be nice, the water pressure in the bathroom sink is really low (more of a city issue) and the entry code would malfunction after a certain hour so I would recommend looking into that. I still give this place a 10! Will absolutely be back!

Hand clean pots please

I have stayed at Sonder before. Dish cleaning supplies were absent except for soap. The pans had to be cleaned again. They had food dried on the sides. The Laundry products were missing and I had to buy my own. Everything else was fine.

nicely laid out and a good size. Minor issues, only 3 hangers, one closet did open as the door was scaping the floor and hard to open. No lighting in the parking lot, very dark. We had to deal with loud music one night into the early hours and a very strong odor of marjuana that seeped into our apartment, even though it was suposed to be a smoke free building.

Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.

I’ve stayed at this Sonder a couple of times over the past 2 years and this was by far the best stay. I see the Marriott difference. The building was super quiet. The outside doors and gates locked properly. The tv actually had local channels. No more casting from my phone or laptop. I will definitely continue to stay here every year.

The cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms are falling apart. The AC is on a timer and was not cooling in the bedrooms. We had ants all over the kitchen counters. The place has not had any attention in a while. Would not stay at that certain property again I’ve stayed at other Saunder properties and they have been great this one not so great.

I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep.

The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. The only reason i rated it 4 stars and not 5 is because they only provided 1 towel per person and requesting more had a 24 hr turn around time. We were there 3 nights by the 2nd night we needed more. We were informed of the turnaround time and were suggested to wash the towels instead. We did. We didn't mind but we thought we were going to have to buy detergent until we happened to realize there was some pods underneath the kitchen sink. It was helpful and made washing the towels easier but it could have been helpful to know prior to having the need arise. Otherwise the place was perfect. We'd definitely stay there again.

Ideal Location and above expectation property

Lovely apartment with any amenities required. Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Felt very comfortable and had plenty of space and very secure with keypads to property and then room. Super convenient location for public transport. A few minutes walk to nearest bus stop and less than 10 minutes to railcar stop.
