Located just 5 houses from Lake Pontchartrain. Fish and crab right off the dock. Corporate rental on picturesque setting accommodates 10: primary bedroom has king bed and deluxe full bath, sliding glass doors to outside upper deck. Second & third bedrooms each have queen bed and bunk bed. Office and laundry room area. Fully furnished including kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dining table for 6, breakfast table for 4, washer, dryer, sofa, smart television inside and out, upper deck overlooking waterway, lower space has sofa, chairs, tables. 1/2 bath downstairs. Well water with whole house purifier. Elevator can be used by handicapped only. Minimum 30 day rental. $250 cleaning fee due upfront to clean after leaving.
