I ordered 2 non smoking rooms and was put in smoking rooms. The bed sheets had blood, stains, hair. Concrete stairs are damaged and big chunk of the stair is missing. The railing on the second floor is tilted and has big gaps. The facility is a big hazard with an accident waiting to happen. We checked in like 12am so i didnt feel like going to office to complain we just wanted to go to sleep. In the morning when i was checking out I informed the front desk of the bloody sheets and putting me us smoking rooms, I didnt get an apology or nothing they just said they would "let them know"

We stayed at this location years ago and stayed again when trying to find somewhere affordable the weekend of Taylor Swift. If you go in with realistic expectations you’ll be happy. It’s nothing fancy, but was a very very affordable, safe, mostly clean (floors could’ve used a sweep/swiffering) option for an otherwise expensive weekend. I would stay again if/when I came back to Slidell!

Never again!

We were heading to a cruise for a family gathering. The first room we were placed in had urine and toilet paper still in it. We also observed a roach crawl into the television stand. Jacob, the night clerk moved us to another room and the toilet there still had a ring around the bowl. However, the room had an overall better smell and the sheets were pleasant. This experience taught us to never trust anything less than a hotel.
