Wonderful hotel, close to everything! I loved that it was affordable as well and my friends and I felt very safe here.

Overall, the room/hotel is charming and great location for the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. It just needs a bit more work in the rooms... easily accessible and usable open power outlets to charge electronic devices. A microwave and perhaps an alarm clock.

We loved the location, bed, air conditioning and garden area. We were disappointed that our room was not refreshed any day during our stay and that we asked (and didn't receive) water upon arrival. We did not have hot water from the sink either.

The front desk staff weren’t friendly. The housekeeping and the gentlemen in the garage were very nice and helpful. The rooms are smelly. The carpet is very dirty so no matter how much they clean there is a dirty smell in the rooms and hall way. No refrigerator in the rooms. We didn’t even have a ice bucket in our room.

Location is good, walking distance to just about everything. It's a little dated but a good value for location. ATM in the lobby doesn’t work properly and you'll only get a reciept and fee from your bank, no money.

Horrible hotel and the front desk staff is even worse. We checked in at 4pm and was told our room wasn't ready for 30 mins. At 630pm we were told it wouldn't be ready until 730 which would have made us miss our dinner reservations. We canceled and changed hotels. The girl at the front desk cpuld care less about our situation
