Wonderful Stay at the Caravan
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the less than perfect British weather. The caravan was spotless and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and waking up to a sea view brightened our spirits every morning. There was just enough space for our family of 4 to sleep comfortably. We especially appreciated the Hoburn amenities on the 2 rainy days - the kids loved the indoor pool, soft play, arts and crafts, arcade and evening entertainment. On sunny days, the caravan is walking distance to a small sandy beach and a couple of cliffside pubs. Also just a quick minute drive down the road to a beautiful larger beach (Avon Beach - highly recommend!) and well situated for exploring the New Forest. Hosts were very quick to respond when we experienced some issues with the Wifi which was quickly resolved. very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean with good views
We had a lovely stay and the caravan was exactly as described. I would recommend an eye mask as the curtains don't do much to keep out the early morning sun. We never did manage to connect successfully to the Hoburne Wifi although could see the signal. Those are tiny niggles and overall would recommend.

Hi Damon, Thank you for your review, We are so sorry that the bedroom curtains were not dark enough, we have now rectified the problem by replacing the curtains, so there shouldnt be any further issues wth the early morning sunshine. Unfortunately with regards to the WIFI it is beyond our control as it is supplied by Hoburne Naish and at the moment they are updating it, but they are aware of existing problems. Very peaceful with a great view
This accommodation was exactly as described. Good communication from the owner, re arriving etc. It was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea were great. There was even a little welcome pack, which was a lovely touch. Situated on a quiet part of the site, meant it was very peaceful sat on the veranda enjoying the, view . Just a short walk to the beach , club & reception. Excellent location. We would definitely use again if visiting the area without a doubt and would highly recommend. Thank you Val

We had a beautiful time away during the summer heatwave, arrived in the afternoon and the key was ready earlier than the expected time of 15:00, which was great. Val’s caravan is in a fantastic location with great sea views and at night you can see the lights in the distance of Mudeford and Bournemouth; just superb. The caravan was in a spotless condition, very clean, modern and contemporary look and feel to it. We also had a lovely welcome pack and card message, very personal touch and added to the welcoming experience along with pass cards for Hobourne entry and leisure facilities, of which is included in the booking. The communication from Val was just amazing, you couldn’t fault it, everything was included on what you needed to know with email and text updates, we were very impressed with the organisation and if you are reading this, as a family ourselves, we would definitely stay here again, do not hesitate and just book, you will not be disappointed. The Highcliffe beach is only a 10-15 minute walk with private gate access, and Hobourne also have an indoor / outdoor swimming pool too, followed by crazy golf, children’s park, evening entertainment, arcades, soft-play for the children along with restaurant, one of which we tried during the evening called Brasserie 1912. Friendly and attentive staff, food was delicious with plenty of choice catering at all ages, of which was reasonably priced too. In conclusion, as someone who has been coming to Ferndown, Mudeford and Christchurch for many years, this place is well recommended and look forward to staying again, thank you Val; it is 5*****’s from us all :)

Cosy caravan
A really lovely clean modern caravan in a good location. everything one needed for a great stay. We managed to sit on the balcony one day out of five as it does tend to be windy. However the view from the lounge was very relaxing. Comfy bed. Personally we would have preferred thicker bedroom curtains as the early morning brightness did wake us up early. We hope to return sometime in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The caravan was cleaned to a high standard and was equipped with all that we needed. Entertainment passes were included in the price so we had access to all facilities. Perfect location for exploring the local area and great views of the coast. Pleasant surprise to receive a text to say the caravan was ready before the stated check in time. Comfortable double bed and a powerful shower. Very easy check in process. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at Hoburne Naish several times before - it’s a great place for families - and the New Forest is definitely our happy place. We loved staying in Val’s caravan. It was very clean, comfortable and with beautiful views from the front decking. Val is an excellent host and was even happy to post a couple of items to us that we left behind. We definitely hope to return.

Go … you won’t be disappointed!
From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. Val is an excellent communicator and very accommodating. Booking was a pain free experience, even when we ended up having to change our dates! Checking in was easy with clear instructions. We had a lovely gift of a welcome pack waiting for us, that actually suited our dietary needs, how perceptive! The accommodation was lovely and clean with a good range of things we needed for our stay. Oh one thing that may be an issue, if it’s important for the reader of this review, the wifi was not strong, it kept dropping so if you are planning on anything needing good, strong wifi access then best check with Val if it’s possible. Location was perfect for us with scenic cliff walks, long stretches of pebble & sand beaches within walking distance. Val even managed to arrange the perfect weather for our stay, with the exception of our check out day we had glorious sunshine every single day! Thanks Val you out did yourself there! 😉 We all had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Pristine caravan in a lovely setting.
Easily the cleanest and best equipped caravan I’ve stayed in, and on a nice site, well situated for South coast attractions. We had a lovely stay, enjoying views towards the sea with morning coffee, cosy evenings on the sofa and wonderful sleep in all the comfy beds (including the sofa bed).

A real gem, great location
A cozy caravan well equipped for a short stay, close to the sea and great walks, quiet, well maintained in a great resort. Good space for parking close to the caravan. Close to nearby towns. If arriving at night, have a torch with you as otherwise difficult to see numbers clearly.

Fabulous stay!
We stayed here at the end of July/start of August and had a great time! Communication by the hosts was excellent and they went above and beyond to organise us tickets to the summer party, which was much appreciated! The accommodation is exactly as described and was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was lovely and there was lots of open space nearby. The area around the accommodation was very quiet whilst we were there. We would recommend and hope to stay again.

Excellent caravan with lovely sea views. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our 3 year old loved the on site swimming pool and the beach was accessible through a private footpath. Stayed for week at the end of June beginning of July. The property is spotlessly clean, well equipped and the location and view are wonderful. Site is nice and quiet. This is a modern caravan in a lovely position. It is clean and well equipped. The beds are comfy, and there is plenty of space to sit and relax! The veranda/deck is in the sun all day, glorious, but it does get windy and the parasol I brought took a bit of a battering as I didn't bring a base for it. The views are fantastic, it is the perfect place to while away the hours. The WFI on the park is intermittent, but is ok. It is not suitable for streaming films etc, but fine for every day use. Check in was easy and I was notified via text that the van was ready a little before check in time. The host Val was splendid right the way through booking, check in and during my stay, thank you Val. I had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this van.

Gorgeous short break - wonderful accommodation
What a beautiful place to spend a few days - view is incredible and accommodation just what we needed. Comms were great and little stroll to the beach or a few fab pubs. Thanks so much!
