"Spacious. Exceedingly clean. Well-stocked kitchen and linens: plenty of towels, BIG coffee mugs. We three were very happy with it. Shore is pebbly, not sandy right now because of storms. Regarding accessibility, there is a step up from first floor bedroom to the bathroom."

"This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy!"

"We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather."

"By far the most unique architecture that we have ever stayed in. Every room is an adventure from its shape to the stunning artifacts from around the world. A gorgeous setting that was perfect for relaxing. Everything is first class-five star. So memorable that we are coming back next year."

I love the little bonus game room and the large dining room was like surround sound light from the windows...and perfect for a big family dinner. Unfortunately, it was rainy so we didnt get to enjoy the firepit and big backyard much.. but we would have! I higly recommend this place for stay!"

"Our stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, modern well equipped kitchen, beautiful appointments, clean everything. We had a family emergency, and the hosts were unbelievably nice and acommodating. The snow came and the hosts arranged for snow removal. Very caring and you can see a lot of effort to make guests comfortable and safe."

"This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot."

"Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back!"

It was close to the beach and had a nice front sitting area with a view of the water. Cons: There wasn't much initial communication with the property owner. I had to reach out upon arrival to ask how to access the property (i.e. key placement and lockbox code), where to park, and receive WIFI information. None of that information was provided in advance. "What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."
