Incredible opportunity to stay in a modern apartment with a water view! Located on the Quinnipiac River close to downtown New Haven. The apartment features a spacious floor plan, a modern kitchen, and chic furnishing. Up to 4 people can stay in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory foam mattress and a large closet.

Great host

This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.

Loud upstairs

Shakeema was great at responding to questions. House was clean. Yard was small with shared driveway with other VRBOs and residents that reside on property. So a little tight but manageable. Unfortunately upstairs people were so loud and drinking and doing drugs outside till 3am. This is not Shakeema’s fault but it did impact or stay. we didn’t get much sleep. We ending up leaving after 1 night on a 2 night stay.

The location was great. However the place wasn't very clean. The tenants above where loud & rude

Bottom line horrible experience. Cleaning crew didn't do a great job, mattresses need replacing, bath mats were nonexistent. I recommend you go elsewhere.

the I had a very good experience. The location was perfect!!! The bed was the best feature however the linen needs updating.
