"Beautiful Harborview! Breathtaking Sunset watching from our hotel room!"

"Beautiful resort with great views. Nice pool, bars and restaurants. Clean and newly renovated. Comfy beds. Only negative was the staff at the front desk. We arrived at 415 and a room wasnt available. They didnt care. Didnt offer anything for us to do but sit there with all of our stuff. Then pretended like we werent there. Another negative experience with the same woman the next day when we asked for champagne glasses. Told us to try the bar. She clearly doesnt want to be working in the hospitality business. Similar experience with a different woman when checking out. Servers at the bar and restaurant were all great though."

"We stayed in the cabin rooms and everything was very clean and spacious! Check-in and out was easy, and it was quiet during our stay. They held our baggage for us until our departure flight, even though it was after check out. They also let us check in early when we arrived. Housekeeping arrived almost immediately after we requested them. "

"Wow! This place is Awesome! Some of the prices were a little unreasonable (mostly food and drink prices) but this place is comfortable, and the staff is Incredible. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful in navigating the train. The area is very safe and walkable distance to hop on the train and local shopping area with restaurants and Trader Joe’s. "

"What a location. There are 2 T stations close by and easy to get to. We used SpotHero for parking and stayed right in the Copley Square garage. The hotel is across the street. It’s got a great vibe to it and was very comfortable. "

"Ask the front desk for a suitcase holder so you dont have to lay suitcases on the floor. We thought they had the best front desk people ever. Tristine & Diana were especially helpful to us. They will hold your suitcases in a locked area if needed. "

"Only 10 min walk to terminal from hotel via sky bridge, really convenient for air commute."
