"The hotel was very nice. Although there was no circulation or a fan in the bathroom. And for such a nice hotel, the shower head was very poor and they should be able to provide a slow closing toilet lid. Otherwise a nice hotel and good location."

"The best thing was the staff. So very helpful in moving our belongings to our new room when we extended. They took care of everything while we explored the area. The hotel itself is great and in a super location to all the restaurants and bars in town. The pub, library bar, and outside alley bar are all great. The breakfast, if you book direct, is complimentary and was one of the best meals we had in Nelson. No joke."

"Check in was very easy with simple key pad entry and no concerns about losing keys.The location was great, though slightly awkward for unloading/loading, but that was so temporary in the overall stay.The property was clean, pleasant to be in. Though extremely hot when we arrived, the a/c kicked in quickly and effectively. The host was very helpful when we had questions and offered to come by to help close the skylight blind, but it was our schedule that made that difficult to accomplish."
