I love to stay at Best Western Plus on Baker Street when I visit Nelson, BC. The rooms are clean. The bed is so comfortable! The staff are friendly and so so helpful! They really go out of there way to make your stay perfect!

Great location downtown- walking distance to all shops. Breakfast was good, but I thought expensive for the granola bowl. Coffee was great and service was perfect. I forget the young lady’s name but a local. We didn’t try the Pizza but it looked amazing! We should have stayed 3 nights!

Carpet in room was showing some age with some staining. Room was quiet. Unfortunately could not get hot water, it was luke warm for baths and showers across 2 days. After checking out on Oct 31, we could not address our concern in a helpful way, and were told that a manager would call us. The manager never did call us back.
