**Special conditions & notes**:

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

Potential for noise Winter-Spring 2024 - The neighbouring property is under renovation during this time. During daylight hours this may mean some potential for noise along with some trade use/disruption of the driveway.

Private Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Stairs - Stairs connect the entry & lower level bedrooms with the upper level living, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom level.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
