Lights in room didn’t work. Cup put in cupboard dirty. Hod to & ask for fresh towels also asked if rooms where served every day told they must missed or room where booked for 4 days left after 3

Bed bugs found in my room, laid on the bed for 20 minutes and saw one crawling around next to me. I moved out and cancelled right away. Responsiveness from the hotel has been difficult for Expedia to refund the reservation. My friend also stayed and said he found roaches in his room.

Weekend Away

Nelson is a lovely place to stay. Weather was warm & a great vibe in the town centre. The motel has parking but it's easy to walk into the town centre. It was comfortable with separate little kitchen & bathroom. Nice cafe next to river about 5 mins walk from motel.

Very friendly & helpful staff . The 2bedroom unit was in poor condition, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, the oven still had crumbs & the icebox was unusable due to ice buildup.
