"Nice property. Well located. Within walking distance of the Russian River Brewing Company. A public golf course next door, which is quite playable for the average golfer, but nice enough for the low handicapper. Quiet location. Normally, a time share type resort, they rent out rooms to common folk once in a while. They may invite you to a pitch to join their club, but you can decline and avoid the situation. The Windsor Airport is close by also."
