"We are also VRBO owners, so in our humble opinion- this place should not be marketed as luxury. Prepare to be surprised as one receives a check-in email (~1 hr before the actual arrival) that the entire property does not have drinkable water (the supposedly bottle water has never materialized); you need to use electricity responsibly and will be charged for excessive usage. That was a joke, I would much appreciate a heads up that island has power outage instead. There is no onsite garbage...
