"The staff are AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for easy walking to many Rome activities. The only complaints are the shower floor is VERY slippery, the elevator is very dark/small, and the breakfast is almost identical every day (some variety would be nice) although the food is good."

"Couldn’t fault the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and were better and more spacious than I expected. Breakfast was also lovely and the best part was the views from both sides overlooking the Pantheon and the fountain and the fact that you come out of the hotel and there’s so many restaurants and places to see all within walking distance "

"Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit."
