"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."

"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at the Gale. It is clear they only care about money, not the resident experience. I was hit with a mandatory $35 fee for 'amenities' like WiFi and the pool, which is ridiculous because I didn't even use the pool, but they charge you for it anyway 'per policy.' The room itself was disgusting. There was a large coffee stain on the couch, and the curtains and towels were stained as well. To top it off, they have a policy where they only clean rooms for stays of 3 nights or more. Since most people are there for a 2-night weekend, you’re basically paying premium prices for a dirty room with zero housekeeping. The staff is unprofessional and only seems to care about the pool area, which is only one small part of a stay. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and professional service."
