"The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! "Overall good. Large property w/immediate access to beach, multiple pools, coffee, dining, shopping, activities all on property. Easy and enjoyable stroll to downtown. Original room was in need of TLC as it had dinged and dated furniture. Be selective in what building you choose. Also, if you use Expedia be aware there are HIDDEN (daily) RESORT FEES ~$55, even though we paid a resort fee when booking the trip. And at check in Hilton charged another ~$900 resort fee. You can charge meals, activities etc against that fee however this "fee" did not appear on the final bill so now I have to sort through all receipts and credit/debit cards to do an accurate accounting. I would have preferred NO HIDDEN FEES and a bill that captured all the accounting."

"The property was beautiful, right on Waikiki beach. This was a real treat. I enjoyed the infinity swimming pool. The Ocean View from my room was to die for. They had the pool area lit up beautifully at night. At end of beach you could see Diamond Head. The shops, breakfast and the coffee Café were magnificent. Nicely press coffee. Oh, I so enjoyed. Very close to shops and plenty to see and do. I truly enjoyed my stay. This is the first Hotel review I have ever given. It was because this was a class act all the way. Also, If you forgot anything you had the Macy's nearby and there was nothing you couldn't purchase at an ABC store. I always hung here when I went to Hawaii in the past. Staying as a guest was so much better. I shall be back."
