"It was just overall very cozy and comfy. Really nice gym, little touches like chocolate every night next to the bed, good/thoughtful lighting in the room, and great location. The shower floor was not exactly spotless, needed a deep clean, but overall a really nice stay!"

"The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came into contact with greeted us warmly — genuinely welcoming, not scripted. The highlight was when the manager personally came to our room to wish my wife a happy birthday and surprised her with macaroons and a handwritten birthday card. That level of thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and unforgettable. Even small details didn’t go unnoticed. The doorman took the initiative to make sure our Uber pulled fully into the hotel driveway so we wouldn’t have to step out into the cold such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care. We could not have been more impressed. This is hospitality done right elegant, warm, and intentional. We will absolutely be back."

"The room was everything we needed. The staff was super nice, we were able to send some packages before our arrival. The coffee and tea station in the 2nd floor was super convenient. The hotel is very well located, right by the Farragut Metro station. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!"
