The staff were everywhere, all the time, but not in a creepy way. Whenever we needed something, helpful staff just seemed to appear. They were kind and knowledgeable. The building is a work of art, and the room was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. A memorable stay for all the right reasons!

My 2nd stay here and it was even better than last time. Location is walkable to many tourist spots. Very safe area to walk to/ from dinner if you wish. We had a Deluxe King Room which faced the street, nice light and although there was some noise from a nearby music event, it didn’t go very late. This hotel Is top notch, not a scuff mark, no stray hairs, nothing. The mini bar is full of high end drinks and other necessities. Front desk helped me with my cooler packs, Valet had my car ready at check out. This hotel was a pleasure.

Very beautiful Hotel with EXCELLENT restaurant, Cafe Riggs. The pancakes are amazing for breakfast and the chicken for dinner was the best chicken ever! Very cool bar in the vault, Silver Lyan.

This hotel is nothing short of spectacular. Not only are the accommodations beautiful, but the staff cannot be beat. Megan, Katyce, and Coach from the hotel dream made my stay memorable and were incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. Isaiah from Cafe Riggs was attentive and patient with all of my dining needs. This hotel was right across from the American art museum and a quick walk to the other museums. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Loved our stay at the Riggs! The building is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the restaurant is excellent. But what really makes the Riggs special is the staff... genuinely friendly, welcoming, and full of thoughtful little gestures that make you feel like they’re actually happy you’re there. The rooms are a bit on the cozy side, but in a building this gorgeous, I’m willing to call it “historic charm” rather than “limited square footage.” Beautiful hotel, wonderful people, great food, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back. We definitely will! *Beware of the extra fee that you have to pay if you book your stay not directly with the hotel.

Second stay here because the first time was so good. Even though the design speaks for itself, it's real hospitality and dedication from the staff that makes the difference, porters are kind and helpful. Checkin staff looks you in the eye and smiles at you. Your welcome drink is poured to you with several tasting options by the bar keep--even though it's complementary-- still giving that extra touch of service is really impressive. Everything was being actively cleaned as I went through my stay. well done everyone.
