"Good breakfast, great location, great hospitality "

"The breakfast was good except items were slow to be replenished. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in what I would describe as a business area. There are a lot of dining options. Parking seemed to be somewhat limited, and not built for large vehicles, but fortunately it was valet parking and after a few tense moments while entering the parking garage my half-ton did make it in, but with very minimal clearance. The hotel is pet friendly. Only one elevator does make for some waiting, during busy hours."

"The hotel is very well located and convenient, which was definitely the best part of the stay. The staff was nice and the hotel itself has a lot of potential, but overall the property feels quite outdated. The lobby furniture looked worn, and the carpets throughout the hotel felt very old and in need of updating. You can definitely tell the hotel has been operating for many years. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but personally it would probably not be my first choice for a future stay."

"Avoid if you want to be able to sleep. There is no mention that there is a train a few feet away that passes by every 2 hours honking non stop. Cleaning is horrendous, very dirty. Smells like sewage, had to wrap a bag around the pipe in the laundry room. None of the balcony doors lock, they’re all broken. Freezer had mold. Cleaners cleaned once a week but did a terrible job, toilets had pee all over when we checked in. Bunch of hairs everywhere, used Q-Tips in drawer and used socks in drawers too. Couch had bad body Oder. Neighbors up stairs are extremely noisy. Sink faucet sprays water at like 100mph at random times(so expect to get soaked when washing dishes.) cars honking all night so they could be let in. Dogs barking all night also. Now for the positive, friendly staff and Clean sheets. Save your money and go elsewhere.Not worth the money. Had to leave 2 days before checkout because I couldn’t take the noise and not being able to sleep anymore."
