"When we first arrived we reported the issue of no A/C in the room they said some one would take a look,no one came or called back. The next day before arriving at breakfast I stopped at the front desk to repost it as well. Time went by spoke to the manager she stated an engineer would go, we spent hours locked up in hot room due to the cartel situation, pool closed no where to go, hot room no A/c no option of a fan or to move us rooms. And not to mention the times they would confused and charge for breakfast that was already paid with the stay included. Very unprofessional. "
