Very clean rooms and grounds, close to La Gran Plaza mall with great shopping and lots of restaurants, 3 minute walk. Very nice pool and pool area with nice landscaping, greenery and flowering bushes. Good buffet. If night noise bothers you, bring earplugs, many of the train’s night whistles are really loud. Would stay again 🌞

My honest review

Generally favorable. Front desk tried hard to help. It's not really close to attractions. Extremely limited English speaking staff. That's where I struggled the most with the front desk. If you are English only speaking person, I strictly advise against taking any tours with the hotel. That's where I feel I lost all my money because I ended up with a bus full of Spanish speaking people with guide not knowing English. Although they upfront told me that this English and Spanish tour. Also, two nights in a row, I was awaken by extremely loud train horn. For a lower price, you can get a hotel that's higher class and closer to attractions.

Staff was very friendly and the check in process was very easy. Bed area was clean and comfortable. The shower head needed to be replaced and the water did not drain properly. I had to shower quickly so I did not stand in a puddle. Besides that, very nice place and great location.

Hice mi reservación por app al llegar tardados para checar la reservación y el pago ,nunca me hablaron para atenderme tuve que volver a preguntar, me dijeron cuando llegue que el desayuno era incluido otro día entro al restaurante con mi mamá y mi hija y me dicen que cuando reservas por app no incluye el desayuno, si me hubieran dicho eso cuando llegue hubiera cancelado, la alberca ,el agua está helada, en fin, no será una opción llegar a este hotel en mi próxima visita , lo único bueno es que está alado de la gran plaza.
