This place is dated to say the least. The day I checked in the power went out, left me with no WiFi, water, tv, or access to the safe. I put my valuables in the safe, never prompted me for a code and locked, no access to open it. The manager left the property, he was the only one with a key so I was left with no ID, cash or purse for the day. I had to bathe with bottled water since they back up generator was also broken and with no power means no water either. Once the power came back on the WiFi & tv still did not work. While I was walking down the stairs from my room I fell and messed my knee and toe up (thought i broke my toe); when I told Russel the manager about the stairs not being well lit he argued with me saying they were and he would get his grounds person to look into. Not once did he ask if I was ok, did I need anything, I was in shock the lack of compassion. Room is also very dark, no lamps in the room, just 2 ambiance lights with are very dim. Rooms have no phone for local calls either which would have been nice since the WiFi didn't work. The water trickles out of the shower and you have to let it run for 8 minutes before you get hot water, then it is scolding hot; no in-between. The towel rack fell off the wall, the vanity mirror was under the sink as it fell off the wall too. The railing around the bar is also loosing and coming out of the concrete, if you leaned on it for support you would probably fall. This is no resort and needs new management.
