Condominium in the heart of Nashville. ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville's best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer, and sugar.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.

The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. We stayed for an extended weekend. Everything was as described. Everything was clean. The place is within walking distance of broadway, if you don’t mind about a 15 minute or so walk. We walked our first day and took an Uber the rest of the time since the weather wasn’t ideal weather the rest of our stay. Check in communication was easy and there is additional parking close by if you have additional vehicles. There is a train track right next to the place, but was hardly noticeable when it passed for what little time we spent in the apartment.

Very clean and cute place. It is definitely a 15min walk to broadway which we did not mind at all. Whole Foods store was close by. The only not so great, but not terrible was the train. At first it is kind of loud but then you get used to it. There also were no kitchen towels. But other than that. Great place. Would rent again.

First,excellent location ,if you plan to visit downtown Nashville and go to the Bars...this is the place.5 minutes with UBER. Kitchen full stuff, even coffee, ànd laundry detergents. Clean and feel like home.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Wonderful location. I never got in my car while I was there. Easy walk to downtown Nashville. Very clean! I would highly recommend!

We walked everywhere from here and had comfortable places to sleep. The pull out couch is the most comfortable I have ever seen - its like a memory foam bed. Had all we needed. Free open parking on ground level was very nice to have - but it was tight.

Everything about this condo was great! The train didn't bother us at all! I brought a small fan from home to use at night and was never awoken from the train! The location is great and we walked everywhere! The extra parking is easy and right out the back door! I hope to be able to stay here again!

Great trip, place was clean, well stocked and cute….but the train was ……well it was loud, we did not tihink we would have an problem with it, but sorry to say it was crazy, one train was ok, two trains not so good but 4-5 trains, it was nuts! And this was every night… Other than the train and finding a tick in the condo, we really liked this place.
