You get what you pay for but in this case you don't even get that! No-one mans reception. The wrong instructions were given for 'virtual check-in' so the door code didn't work and we couldn't get into our room. Even the special check-in app didn't recognise our confirmation number. We had to phone a contact who was in Sydney to help with entry. When we did get in there was rubbish on the floor, goop on both bedside tables, black hairs on the bathroom sink and a couple of months of dust on the bathroom shelf and skirting boards. When we went to make a cup of coffee there were no mugs in the cupboard and only one glass. We phoned the contact in Sydney again who sent out a local staff member. Patrice was fantastic. She went out of her way to fix the problems and reported our concerns to the property owners.

Nobody at hotel. Everything is through an app on your phone which of course required email and data plan which isnt a given. Also required two different logins on the app to open both rooms reserved. More data roaming costs. The property isnt getting needed attention either. Ripped screens, missing hair dryer, dead batteries in the tv remote, dirty silverware in the room, no coffee mugs in one room and no tumblers in the other. Ok to sleep but not a good experience.

The Tree Motel is dated, but comfy and the shower water pressure was great. Walking distance to Woolies. No complaints from us.

We were at the hotel for one night, quick stopover. Room was clean and comfortable. We never saw any staff but we received the room number and lockbox code with our key before we arrived. Price was right!

Narooma is beautiful with lots to see and do, though Accomadation was pretty average, pool was being cleaned in the day we left and no one working at the reception

Excellent budget place to stay! The wifi worked well, the room was airconditioned before we arrived. Free biscuits with the tea/coffee is always appreciated. Parking right outside the door

The building and rooms are certainly a bit old. One of the bed has noticeable hair and dirt on it. We found a bug in the room, which probably got in from the crack underneath the door. The bathroom door cannot be fully closed. On the good side: The three-bed setting is ideal for family with children. The price is cheap and there is a plaza nearby with laundromat and grocery.

Price was very important. Whilst the property is aged, it was very functional, clean, and locality was excellent. The manager was very friendly and welcoming. He fixed up the Wotif crappy booking system. Wotif has lost the personal touch having No One to talk to. Thank go i only use a motel once or so a year. I do not like the system to book a hotel

The rooms are very dated and in need of renovations. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Vanity swollen with mould and water damage

We were forced to leave the motel after 1 night if our 4 night stay because my father in law got rushed in for emergency surgery. We spoke to management the day we left and they said they would sort out a refund for us. A few days later we are told we will not be getting a refund as they dont offer them. We wouldnt be as upset if they didnt lie in the first place and lead us to believe we could have it.

Functional motel. Next Woolworths. Adequate parking. Bed is comfortable, room is clean. Bath room sink is small. Bath room is functional but need some upgrading work. The owner is very friendly.

I did not necessarily like that it was a semi automated motel but it was OK. It would have been impossible to fill the kettle directly from the sink but we managed and I wonder how a big person might use the toilet given that the vanity unit was virtually in front of the toilet seat with not much room, The location during the day was very scenic and close to essential shops .

Lovely place to stop. Dated yes but still comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Good clear communication between myself and staff. Definitely stay here again.
