Newly renovated, family-friendly home, a perfect vacation spot. Enclosed yard and private patio. Your pup is welcome here!
Everything you need for a perfect vacation awaits in this two bedroom home. Only 1.4 miles away from clam pass beach park and the North Gulf Shore beach. And when it’s time to explore you’re a mile from the the Villages, a local favourite!
The space
Inside you’ll have a fully renovated space.
In the kitchen you'll have all new appliances and household goods to whip up a quick meal. For movie night, gather on the comfy queen sofa bed and enjoy a show on the 75in tv. Send a quick email from our desktop Mac located in one of the bedrooms. Private backyard patio is great for family boardgame night.

Enjoy the cozy front patio and private back yard with a grill.
Other things to note
This is a duplex with its own driveway and private rear side and front yard. If available, you may book the other side as well for larger families. Please contact us and we'd love to make it work.

Small Dogs are welcome in this home. Must be 30lbs or less. No other animals are allowed. An additional fee of $95 will be added for the dog.

Super sweet stay

The place was warm, cozy and welcoming. It was very clean and well equipped with all essentials. The interior decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the outside patio and backyard. The stores and supermarket are super close and the beaches as well. We enjoyed and loved our stay. We will definitely return and recommend to others. 😊
