I booked the two room suite and it didn’t disappoint me everything and everyone from our check in to our check out made my family feel extra special !!! Top notch and VIP treatment ! "Wonderful place. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly, and breakfast was standard but was nice to have offered. Highly recommend this property. However, late arrivals need to be arranged in advance with staff, or you will be unable to enter property. So as long as you notify property in advance, no problem. If not, will be a problem. "

"The hotel was a great place to stay in Napa. Great location for visiting the wineries. Room was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation "
