Unique beautiful property to stay during a visit to Napa. It was fairly quiet there during our 3 night stay, and we spent time in the common areas mostly on our own. I only wish we had had a weekend stay, as it sounded like a warm breakfast was offered on those days.

They were very responsive on email and I was able to check in early. The room was very modern and clean and the kitchen offered coffee, snacks and the surrounding area was very nice to sit down and relax. Downtown was a block away. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome Boutique Hotel

This was a great find close to downtown Napa. Small boutique hotel with a great courtyard and other gathering areas. Highly recommend-comfortable, clean, easy to checkin/out with keyless entry, walkable to dinner, shops, Oxbow market. (Only recommendation would be to add a mirror outside of bathroom)

Wonderful Stay

It was so easy to check in and without the hassel of deposit fees. Ive never been to Napa and wanted a one night stay to see a pianist at Uptown + a nice dinner. R Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of food and entertainment. It was quiet and felt very private. I definitely plan to come back again.

I absolutely loved this property. It was clean, quiet, and walkable to downtown Napa. The room was fantastic and so comfortable. I greatly appreciated the kitchen access with coffee and tea. Cant wait to return.

Amenities were nice. Courtyard was lovely. Staff was prompt. There is not a traditional front desk, which I am not used too. One is in touch with the owner to check in via text or call if there is a room issue via a phone number provided in an email, since there is not a traditional front desk. Just a different way to do things.

This place is a hidden gem! Owner was on site and extremely helpful. What did I like best? Impossible to choose... from the ease of checkin to the comfortable beds and linens, modern bathroom design, the wonderful kitchen area with snacks and drinks accessible 24/7, the activity areas outside and the central location. I will stay here again on my next visit to Napa!
