Very comfortable house

Great house for 2 couples. Clean, good living space, nice deck, quiet-wonderful to have 2 king-sized beds!

Terrific Stay in Tom Nevers

We just returned from a great stay at High Tides. The pictures gave a very accurate depiction of the property and the communication was flawless leading up to the stay. Check in was a breeze with a keypad lock and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have stayed in Tom Nevers before and really like the quiet location. I would highly recommend this property!

Pleasant stay

This property provided everything you needed and the location was very peaceful and relaxing and within a short drive to all of our wedding events. Would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Family celebrating a 90th

Absolutely loved our stay at High Tide. The accommodations were clean, as advertised and had lots of amenities. Was the perfect set up for parents and their grown children. Really appreciated the proximity to Tom Nevers beach and this quiet part of the island.

Perfect for peace and privacy

If you’re looking for space and serenity - this is it. The back porch and yard was sunny and beautiful. The house was spacious and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Everything was perfect!

Overall a great home with tons of bedrooms/bed space. Kitchen was very well setup with many utensils. Outdoor area was beautiful, grill just needs some work on the knobs. We found a work around and overall had a good stay.

A great vacation at High Tide.

We recently spent a terrific week at the High Tide property. Just far enough off the beaten track in the Tom Nevers section of Nantucket to feel removed from the congestion of the town, but close enough to ride bikes in for lunch or some shopping. Also, the property was very close to 'Sconset and Tom Nevers beach. The property was the perfect size for our five person family (3 teenagers). Nice size bedrooms for everyone with two very large bathrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed and we found cooking meals to be very easy. A very nice back porch for eating outside in the evenings. We had a few rainy days during out stay, but the living room was large enough for all of us to lounge around and watch the olympics on the very comfortable couches. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are all available if needed. Awesome outdoor shower for post beach clean-up. All-in-all, a great stay in a very nice property. Everything a family would need for an enjoyable vacation on Nantucket.

High Tide was a comfortable house and just what we needed after our daughter's wedding. Had a refrigerator malfunction and Karen was super responsive and sent her manager over quickly and with ice. He was able to fix it within the day. Great work, T! Good location for us as well.

Great Nantucket rental!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious, plenty of room for a group of 7 adults. The kitchen was modern and clean. Our favorite space was the outdoor area - we enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning and the outdoor shower. It was sometimes difficult to find a taxi/Uber but we walked to the closest bus stop when possible. Overall great, modern and clean property with plenty of room!

Gorgeous property, exactly as pictured. A bit far from downtown and other things, just make sure you coordinate taxis ahead of time, especially for a Sunday morning

Family compound for island wedding in Siasconcet

Everything was as shown. The property manager and maintenance crew were very responsive even on a holiday weekend. The pool and AC were great to have on the island. We appreciated that basic spices, sugar and coffee and olive oil and condiments were there already from prior tenants.

Lovely getaway

Perfectly Nantucket! Decor was upscale. I liked that it was away from the harbor and shopping but not too far to run in for dinner. No complaints at all. It was a wonderful abode for a family of 5 with two teens and a tween. We were a bit jealous to learn the house called low tide had a pool, would have loved to jump in some cool water on a few days of our stay. It was our first time to Nantucket and this place was the best part of the whole trip!

Cute cottage in secluded neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is nicely appointed, plenty of beds/bedrooms to accommodate fairly large family, with all the amenities you’d need. Nice backyard for kids to play, and watching wildlife (bunnies and birds; also we spotted deer in the area! Which was a lot of fun for our kids). Location is good, short drive to town, as well as to the beach.

Great place!

We stayed for Mother’s Day weekend. The house was great. Big rooms, light and airy! The skylights are beautiful. We ran to the beach every morning and enjoyed the location...lots of space between you and neighbors. We’d stayed again!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and 19 month old daughter and I stayed at the house for 5 days, and we had an amazing time! The house was clean, open, well equiped with everything you could need and more. Karen delivered a pack n play and booster chair which was so useful! We loved the privacy of the location and took advantage of the grill outside, rain or shine. It was a relaxing week and we wish we could have stayed longer. Karen was a great host/ contact and was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and have recommended it to our friends. We hope to rent out Low tide and High tide in the future!

Could be cleaner

We had a wonderful time but they can do better job with cleaning. Bed covers had stains, pet hair in the floor, refrigerator was not cleaned well. Property manager was very responsive and made the changes right away.
