Excellent staff, especially July from Seasonal Tastes. Such a friendly, professional, attentive manager who really looks after their guests. Always anticipated our needs. The entire staff was exceptional, always nice and smiling. The beach, the pool and the hotel garden are great, very well maintained. Very good breakfast, with a lot of gastronomy choices, both asian and european.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Walkable to shopping and beach was right on the grounds. There were many restaurants in walking distance.

A Pleasant Surprise!

We had a really great stay here—it was a pleasant surprise! The room was quite spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!

The only qualm I have is the number of little bugs in the room. They are everywhere. And while it is a tropical place, so some bugs are expected, this seemed more like a food left behind for too long by other people, attracting bugs. The rug in the room was also a little dirty. I placed my bag on the rug for a few minutes and picked it up to find it covered in insects.
