Staff were very friendly and the room I stayed in was super clean. Housekeeping was great. Pretty decent price! The parking wasn’t too bad. Has air conditioning which is super nice! Would definitely recommend!!

Aircon is portable unit, wedged in a corner next to the window/bed so took the room a long time to cool down, and also noisy. Despite the no smoking signs someone was clearly smoking pot in the hallway in the middle of the night, which smelled strongly INSIDE our room. Not great especially for our young kids.

Cheap price for this time of the year (summer) in Nanaimo but clean, staff is nice. If your expecting anything but basic accommodations than this place isn’t for you

When we arrived there was visibly long term guests who look like they live there, one side of the property is dirty and unkept, gives a bad impression right off the bat. they don’t provide web photos so when u come into your room is a surprise to see the layout and outdated decor.

It’s an older looking building but completely renovated inside so cozy and warm .. I love staying here it’s my 1 st choice. Management is so nice .. can’t say enough good things about this establishment 👍👍
