"The condo is well appointed and was clean. The unit has been remodeled. The refrigerator and washing machine worked well. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the water pressure was up and down, making a shower rather difficult due to pressure and temperature wide variations. "

"Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"

"Beautiful modern condo with everything you need for a few days in Chewang area. Staying here requires transport which was easily arranged by the management team. We had a scooter for day trips and used Grab at night which worked well. "

"After arriving and meeting with Ian - we decided overnight that we had chosen the wrong location for our vacation and made arrangements to go to an actual resort the next morning and left. We only stayed the one night and do not expect a refund of any kind. I'm sure the property is fine for the right tourists - but we were not them. I made the wrong choice to begin with. Ian was very nice and I do not have an opinion on the property itself."
