  • One of the many local food stalls in the Chaweng walking street. This stall does not have a name but on their menu it says "Thai Food Thai Style" and is next to Samui Grilled Fish. We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. They make a great Tom Khai Kai, Pad Se-eew Goong and Pad Thai(no tofu at it is dried out). Enjoy. #market

Clean, comfortable & budget friendly apartment. Great little kitchen & super comfortable bed. I loved the local neighborhood - sometimes a little noisy at night but nothing too bad. Grocery close by 15 min walk to the beach!

The apartment was in run down area. A first they tried to make us pay 5bath per kw for hydro…However the owner was there on the last day to straighten that issue out. Took almost a week to get a water cooler. Had to recycle our water bottles in the fridge constantly to have cold drinking water. The AC barely worked as the gas needed recharging… Asked the staff to fix it but nothing was actually done to fix the AC… Room was uncomfortably hot all the time….

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Super cute and clean and had all of the little things you could ask for- beach towels, coffe maker, fridge, great WiFi, comfortable bed and cute little sitting area. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment near the beach

Wonderful apartment in Chaweng. It is completely furnished with anything needed. Toiletries, towels, snack, coffee provided which was great. It is impeccable, no strange odors, well ventilated. It is max 8 mins walking to the beach, bars, stadium and restaurants. Our hosts were perfect they helped us constantly, answering questions, refilling the water, driving us to the ferry, a lovely couple that takes it very seriously the comfort and well being of the guests. I am glad I found them on Orbitz and I know they are superhosts on Airbnb as well. I will stay with them anytime I go back to Chaweng because it was a great place.
