Great place with direct beach access. The rooms were big and clean. Staff members are always at hand to help out with any service requests. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, and there's a made to order station serving different egg options. There's a pool to lounge around if one desires, and the convenient location makes it easy to go down to the main stretch of Chaweng. 7-11 sits across the street, and many restaurants are nearby.

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here.

Lovely location. Good choice of swimming pools. Well tended gardens and very pretty and relaxing. Rooms very comfortable with plenty of extras. Breakfast very good. Meal options all great, nothing disappointed. Staff incredibly friendly and enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Easy to get to other resorts and airport.

Breakfast was great; unfortunately their gym was under construction so we had access to their temporary gym with poor equipment health.
