"This hotel is well located overlooking the Bay in Yokohama. It’s not too far from the subway station. It’s very big with plenty of eating options. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of amenities to use. The breakfast venue had a beautiful view although it had no buffet so very old school but this suited the ambiance. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and accommodating, exceptionally proactive and professional. I have nothing bad to say about this...

We were able to store our luggage there before check-in with no extra charge.The hotel has washing machines and dryers to do laundry so this was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom is really small, we managed just fine."

The only noise we hear is the elevator motors while in motion, other than that it is very quiet and pleasant. The floor had a room with vending machines and microwave which we use often. Locatiin is very safe to walk at night and close the Chinatown where with many restaurants. The hotel is across the street from Yokohama Stadium and a beautuful park. ...
