Apa has always been my go to hotel and each location never fails. Welcoming staff. Helpful to those checking is or if any issues came up. Rooms and spaces are always clean and set up perfectly.

Room was on the smaller side, but had everything needed! Very easy to ask for extra amenities, or if you need to do luggage forwarding. Laundry is separate coin washer and dryer that worked well and we're not overly expensive. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to communicate if you do not speak Japanese by utilizing Google translate, though they do have some English-speaking staff. Great location if you want to be close to Nagoya station for local trains or the Shinkansen!

Stayed here for the F1, excellent stay, room slightly small but thats the case for most hotels in japan, room was clean, good amenities. Good rates for luggage delivery aswell. Would recommend to anyone staying in nagoya.

It's in a convienent area and right next to Nagoya station, so it's easy travel. The breakfast buffet was good, but there's not a lot of options to choose from, unless it's curry. But if you have a nut allergy and can't handle spice, those are limited as well. It's a good area overall and the hotel is known for its high quality service and interior.

Our room was small but we figured out a way to place our luggage in a corner and still have plenty of space to move around. Although we only stayed for two nights, we enjoyed the hotel and how close we were to the train station so it made it easy for us to go explore. The hotel staff was also extremely helpful when we asked about luggage shipping, they helped us fill out the forms and left everything ready for us to give to them the next morning.

We stayed here for the F1 race in March. The staff was pleasant, though we were unable to check-in to our room until exactly 3pm (we showed up about 15 minutes early). Obviously this is totally understandable, but we did have other accommodations during our trip that allowed us to check-in even an hour earlier than normal Tim. This was a convenient location near Fushimi station. However, the nearest entrance to the station was closed on race day (it is closed on Sundays) which was a bit frustrating in the moment when we had no prior knowledge.

Very close to metro station. Quiet at night for a good rest but just a few blocks from shopping and entertainment district to party. Rooms are small but well equipped and free On-Demand Video (ODV). Coin-operated laundry on premise was very handy to have. I didn't select the breakfast option as I wanted to try several cafes nearby.
