Terrific staff who was everywhere to make our stay more enjoyable including preparing a fabulous breakfast early to meet our schedule They arranged transfer from Pocinho to the hotel, then the coa museum and back to Pocinho. Our taxi driver-Roy-was always on time and very helpful. Taxi company was Jorge …."

"Loved the location of this hotel up in the hills above Pinhao. Wonderful views from our balcony down over the terraced vineyards to the Douro river below. Incredibly quiet and peaceful spot. Also liked the hotel bar. There’s not much going on in Pinhao at night, but the LBV bar has a nice gathering of guests from all over and a good menu of salads, drinks and other light fare. Rooms are small as with just about all new boutique hotels these days, but very clean snd nice."
